How to CrossFit Like a Pro: 5 Rules for a Better Box Experience

January is our busiest time, and we love the energy! To keep the vibes high and the workouts safe, here are the "unspoken rules" of CrossFit FLxR:

  1. Check Your Ego at the Door: It doesn't matter what the person next to you is lifting. Focus on your form and your scaling.

  2. The "Rerack & Wipe" Rule: If you used it, clean it and put it back. This includes stripping your bar, returning your kettlebells, and wiping down the rower seat.

  3. Don’t Drop Empty Barbells: Our equipment is tough, but dropping a bar without plates can damage the bearings. Treat the gear with love!

  4. No "Ghosting" During the WOD: Don’t pack up your gear while others are still working. We cheer until the last person finishes their last rep.

  5. Listen When the Coach is Talking: Even if you’ve done 1,000 air squats, the coach might have a cue that changes your game. Plus, it’s just respectful!
