FLxR Intramural Open 2026: You’re In! Here’s What’s Next

First off — great decision.

The Intramural Open is one of the most electric traditions at FLxR. For three weeks, the gym transforms into a high-energy, team-driven Friday Night Lights atmosphere.

You just need to show up.

The Open is designed to be inclusive, motivating, and approachable for every athlete. Performance matters — but consistency and participation matter just as much.

How To Maximize Your Team’s Points

Winning teams aren’t defined by a few top performers — they win through consistency, participation, and support across the entire roster.
Show Up Every Week
Completing the workout is the easiest way to earn points. Every score contributes to the team total.
Judge When You Can
Judging is one of the highest-value point opportunities — and helps the event run smoothly for everyone.
Prioritize Friday Night Lights
Attendance points add up quickly, and the team energy can directly impact performance.
Lean Into Spirit Week
The Spirit Bonus is awarded once — teams that organize and participate give themselves a meaningful edge.
Support Your Teammates
Encouragement, judging, and showing up for heats all contribute to stronger performances across the team.
Don’t Count Yourself Out
Points are earned across every division — participation often matters more than finishing position.
