FLxR Intramural Open 2026: You’re In! Here’s What’s Next
First off — great decision.
The Intramural Open is one of the most electric traditions at FLxR. For three weeks, the gym transforms into a high-energy, team-driven Friday Night Lights atmosphere.
You don’t need to be competitive.
You don’t need to RX.
You just need to show up.
The Open is designed to be inclusive, motivating, and approachable for every athlete. Performance matters — but consistency and participation matter just as much.

Teams & Spirit Weeks

Teams can earn a one-time Spirit Bonus (300 points) based on visible participation and effort — balanced so performance and consistency still matter most.
